Kim Withers - Founder
Kim Withers is passionate about maximizing personal, team, and organizational potential by enabling a culture where everyone can thrive and be their best in support of the organization’s strategic goals. Gaining experience in all areas of organization development, leadership development, and coaching through various corporate leadership roles, she started Koinonia Leadership Partners in 2017 to follow God’s leading to support churches, non-profits, and businesses in maximizing the potential of their people.
Kim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan with a focus in Marketing, as well as a Master of Science in Organization Development and Leadership from Saint Joseph’s University. A certified executive coach, team coach, and change management professional, she loves sparking “a-ha” moments that bring new insights and propel growth. She also holds certificates and certifications in lay counseling, culture renovation, Prosci Change Management, leadership and succession strategy, organizational design, various 360 assessments, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), DISC, and as a Co-Active Coach. She is also in the process of completing the Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) series.
